Anywhere You Work

On The Apparatus Floor Or At The Desk

Emergency Logs runs in the browser on whatever your crews already carry. No app store, no install, no separate mobile license. A Captain can sign a count from a phone in the bay and a Chief can pull the report from the office five minutes later.

  • Phone, tablet and desktop from the same login
  • Barcode and QR scanning with the device camera
  • Role-based permissions so people see only what they should
  • Your agency gets its own dedicated database

What Departments Tell Us

Our experience with Emergency Logs has been exceptional. We are particularly grateful for their outstanding customer service, characterized by attentiveness, responsiveness to new ideas, and effective communication.
Adam N.
Battalion Chief
Emergency Logs made keeping track of what is where as easy as possible. Of greatest impact is our ability to track each individual vial, while they are assigned to each medic unit's kit.
Nick C.
Battalion Chief
Easy to use. Easy to navigate and view previous days count and who signed. Clear to view who has not signed. Gives notice if count is off before you sign. Customer service is prompt.
Frank M.
Narcotics Administrator
Not only is it easy to use, but it also maintains a high level of accountability. I also enjoy the accessibility as I can quickly access the program from my phone or iPad.

Why We Built This

Thirty Years On The Job, Then A Better Way To Track It

Emergency Logs started because founder Denny Munson got tired of watching good departments run critical assets on clipboards and spreadsheets. After more than three decades in Fire and EMS, he built the vial count reminder he wanted for his own crew. Other departments asked for it. Then they asked for truck checks, inventory, PPE and the rest.

“I don't want to be a person who watches and does nothing to improve a situation.”
